Changing the Completion Date

If a repair status coded with a 'C' for Repair Completion is selected in the Status box, the system date of the workstation will automatically appear as the Completion Date. If the completion date should represent a date other than the date of the workstation, click in the Completion Date box and change the date as necessary.

Note: If the repair ticket has the status of 'Not Completed', Completion Date should be left blank until the status is changed to 'Completed'.
